3. Information processed by the services our games use
Google AdMob (ZigZag Mix, Color Blocks)
Our free games show ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, device model and operating system, and how you interact with ads. Depending on your device settings and location, ads may be personalized. You can reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings › Google › Ads). More information: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase (ZigZag Mix, Color Blocks)
When a game crashes, Firebase Crashlytics sends us a crash report with the device model, operating system version, app version, the technical error and a random installation identifier. Google Analytics for Firebase may record basic usage events, such as the first launch and session length. We use this only to fix bugs and improve the games. More information: Privacy and security in Firebase.
Google Play Games Services (ZigZag Mix, Color Blocks)
If you sign in with Google Play Games, your Play Games player ID, gamer name and avatar, scores, achievements and (in ZigZag Mix) saved game progress are processed by Google so that leaderboards, achievements and cloud save work. Your Play Games profile and scores may be visible to other players according to your Play Games settings.
Google Play Billing (ZigZag Mix)
In-app purchases, such as removing ads, are processed entirely by Google Play. We receive only a confirmation that the purchase was made; we never see your payment details. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
Unity Gaming Services (Bumper Brawl)
- Account: When you first start the game you get an anonymous guest account (a random player ID from Unity Authentication). In the Android app you can later link a Unity Player Account; that sign-in (email, Google or Apple) happens on Unity's pages, and we only receive the Unity player ID. In the browser the guest account is kept in that website's browser storage, so clearing the site's data starts a new guest account.
- Profile (Unity Cloud Save): your display name, chosen avatar, game statistics (matches, wins, smashes, deaths, health packs), gold, diamonds, level, quest progress, the vehicles and garage items you own, and game settings. A copy is also kept on your device.
- Online matches (Unity Lobby and Relay): to connect players, your IP address is processed by Unity's servers during the match. Lobby names and your display name are visible to the other players in the lobby and the match. Unity Relay keeps your IP address hidden from other players.
- Chat: messages you type in a match are delivered to the other players in that match. Offensive words are masked automatically. We do not store chat messages. Chat is hidden on phones and can be turned off on CrazyGames.
- Game servers: matches run on game servers we rent from Hostinger in the Netherlands (European Union), connected to players through Unity Relay. To run a match they receive your player ID, display name, the vehicle and items you use, your actions in the match and your chat messages. Chat messages are checked for offensive words and passed on, never stored. The servers keep technical logs for up to 7 days to find and fix problems.
- Games created by players: a game started with Create Game runs on the device of the player who created it. That device receives the same match data as our game servers (your player ID, display name, vehicle and items, actions and chat), but not your IP address.
More information: Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
Web portals (Bumper Brawl)
If you play Bumper Brawl on CrazyGames or itch.io, that website also processes data under its own privacy policy. On CrazyGames the game uses the CrazyGames SDK for ads, purchases, friend invites and settings such as turning chat off. More information: CrazyGames Privacy Policy, itch.io Privacy Policy.
4. The ukgames.games website
- Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, from which kinds of devices and roughly from which country. Google Analytics uses cookies. More information: Google Privacy Policy.
- Hosting and fonts: the site is hosted on a server we rent from Hostinger in the Netherlands and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Both receive your IP address to deliver the pages. Our server's logs record your IP address, the pages requested and your browser type, and we keep them for up to 14 days for security.
- Theme choice: if you switch between light and dark theme, your choice is saved only in your browser's local storage.
- Contact form: if you write to us through the form, your name, email address and message are saved on our server and sent to our Gmail inbox, so they are also processed by Google. We use them only to reply to you. The site has no user accounts.
5. Why we process data (legal bases)
- To provide the games and their features you ask for, such as online matches, leaderboards, cloud save and purchases (performance of a contract).
- To keep the games working and secure, for example crash reports and preventing cheating (our legitimate interest).
- Ads and analytics: on the basis of your consent where the law requires it, otherwise our legitimate interest in funding free games and improving them.
- To meet legal obligations.
6. Where data is processed
Our service providers (Google, Unity Technologies and Hostinger) process data on servers that may be located outside Türkiye, including in the European Union and the United States. By using our games and website, and where your explicit consent is required under KVKK Article 9, you consent to this transfer. These providers use their own safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep data
- Bumper Brawl profiles are kept until you delete your account, or until the game service is shut down.
- Game server logs are kept for up to 7 days, and the website's server logs for up to 14 days.
- Crash reports, analytics and advertising data are kept by Google for the periods set in their services, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
- Contact form messages are kept on our server for up to 90 days. Emails and form messages in our inbox are kept only as long as needed to answer you.
8. Your rights and choices
Under KVKK Article 11 and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask us whether we process your personal data, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
- Deleting your Bumper Brawl account: Profile › Delete in the game permanently deletes your game account and saved profile, on every platform. If you can't open the game, email ugka81@gmail.com with your display name and where you play (Android, CrazyGames or itch.io), and we will delete the profile within 30 days. To delete a linked Unity Player Account itself, use Unity's account deletion page.
- Ads: reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
- Google Play Games: manage or delete your Play Games profile and data in the Google Play Games settings.
- Anything else: email ugka81@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
9. Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored with established providers (Google, Unity, Hostinger). Only the developer has access to the game dashboards. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our games or the services they use change. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we will also announce them in the game or on this website.
